You take the good and throw out the bad. We learn our lessons. There is an awareness of not wanting to make the same mistake twice, to learn from history so that it doesn’t repeat itself. But clearly, it’s not all an upward trajectory for humankind. What did you learn from previous generations, your parents, or grandparents? And what mistakes as individuals, communities, and society are we still making? Come prepared for this interactive service  to share the things that made us who we are today (including the food and music from Grandma’s time) and reflect on those things that we are still trying to get right.
