This Day in Unitarian Universalist History September 23

1642 – Harvard College, established in 1636 to train ministers, held its first commencement ceremony in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Although it is now nondenominational, Harvard remains a major educational center for training Unitarian Universalist ministers.
