This Day in Unitarian Universalist History June 1

1579 – Francis Dávid, after debating George Blandrata over whether it was right to worship Christ, was brought to trial in Transylvania. He was sentenced to imprisonment in a nearby dungeon until his death, on November 15th, 1579.
