 nRestorative Justice is a philosophy of repairing the harm rather than pun
 ishing. It is the foundation of the teen Homewood Flossmoor Peer Jury Prog
 ram. This program is designed to provide a meaningful and remedial method 
 of dealing with selected juveniles without reference to the court. Teens\,
  parents\, victims and offenders work together to determine how to repair
